Booking and Confirmation

- • Special requirements must be communicated at time of booking

Vehicle Care
- • Maintain vehicle cleanliness during transport
- • No smoking, eating, or drinking without permission
- • Secure personal belongings properly
- • Report any damage immediately
- • Follow chauffeur instructions regarding safety
Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in the following activities:
• Illegal activities or transport of prohibited items
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff
• Damage to vehicles or equipment
• Violation of Singapore traffic laws
• Fraudulent bookings or payment methods
• Unauthorized use of intellectual property
• Interference with service operations
• Resale of services without authorization
4. Payment Terms and Pricing
Payment Processing
- • Payment required at time of booking or upon service completion
- • Accepted payment methods: credit cards, bank transfers, corporate accounts
- • All prices quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- • Payment processing fees may apply for certain methods
- • Failed payments may result in service cancellation
Pricing and Additional Charges

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- • Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: full refund
- • Cancellations 12-24 hours in advance: 50% refund
- • Cancellations less than 12 hours: no refund
- • No-shows result in full charge and no refund
- • Weather-related cancellations subject to individual assessment

Elite Wheon services are provided "as is" with the following limitations:
- • No warranties regarding specific travel times due to traffic conditions
- • Vehicle substitutions may occur due to maintenance or availability
- • Chauffeur assignments subject to availability and operational needs
- • Route selection at chauffeur's discretion for safety and efficiency
- • Services may be modified for compliance with regulations
Limitation of Liability
Elite Wheon' liability is limited as follows:
- • Total liability limited to the amount paid for services
- • No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- • Exclusion of liability for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- • Insurance coverage as required by Singapore law applies
- • Users assume responsibility for personal property security
Singapore law governs liability limitations. Our comprehensive insurance provides coverage for accidents and incidents during service provision.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Company Property
All website content, branding, logos, and service materials remain the exclusive property of Elite Wheon. Users receive a limited license for personal use only.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission. Commercial use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Company Termination
- • Elite Wheon may terminate accounts for policy violations
- • Immediate termination for fraudulent or illegal activities

- • Prepaid services refunded on a pro-rata basis
